Ned O'Connor

The Co-Founder of Waterford Property Company, LLC, Ned has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. During that time, his firm has co-invested, (re)developed, acquired, managed, leased and sold over 20 million square feet.

Ned’s clients and acquisition partners have included local high net worth individuals and institutional investors including Hines and Oaktree Capital.

Ned has served on a number of local advisory boards and boards of directors, including Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors, Children’s TLC Board of Directors, President of the Kansas City Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR), Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management Board of Directors, Vice Chair of the Housing Authority of Kansas City Board of Directors, Johnson County, Kansas Appraiser’s Advisory Committee, Trustee of the St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation, Bank of Oklahoma Kansas City Metro Market Advisory Board and the Police Foundation of Kansas City, Missouri.

Ned is married to his wife, Kathryn, for 32 years, and they have two adult children.
