Matthew joined Waterford Property Company after earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver and subsequently receiving his salesperson licenses for both Kansas and Missouri. 


Since 2020, Matthew has been assisting tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in sales and leasing, working to ensure smooth transactions for his clients. 


Matthew also manages 54,000 square feet of office and retail space across 11 different leases throughout the Kansas City MSA.
