Joe O'Connor

Joe joined the Waterford Property Company team in 2023, following four years of experience in software sales at technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He assists tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in office sales and leasing as well as sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities for our partners and investors.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kansas and is a licensed salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri.
