Chuck Connealy, SIOR, CCIM

A principal of Waterford Property Company since the company’s inception in 2002, Chuck has been active in the commercial real estate industry in Kansas City since 1995. Chuck’s innovative and focused approach has led to over 650 transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $600 million.

Chuck’s clients include The Alexander Company, Hines, Oaktree, Tower Properties, The Woodbury Corporation, Replica, Argus Consulting and Levy & Craig.

Chuck was named the 1996 Rooke Salesperson of the Year and the 2005 Salesperson of the Year by the Kansas City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and is a past board member for the Kansas City CCIM, Chapter.

Chuck coached soccer, baseball and basketball for over ten years and has held leadership positions in his church. Chuck is currently in involved with the Kansas City Navigators Group, investing in one-on-one in discipleship and serving as the Scholarship Chair for SIOR. Chuck has and his wife, Tracy, have been married for 28 years and have an adult son, a daughter in college and a son in high school.
